Are you seeking support to understand and manage ADHD, heal from trauma, or navigate challenges with body image and eating disorders? My therapy practice is a safe, compassionate space where healing and self-discovery are prioritized.

 

As someone who has personally navigated the complexities of ADHD and eating disorder recovery, I deeply understand how challenging it can be to seek help. My own journey has shown me the immense relief, growth, and confidence that can come from a supportive therapeutic relationship. I am here to guide you through your own path of healing, offering a space where your experience is honored.

 

I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner. My integrative approach uses Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic work, Polyvagal Theory, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). My methods are grounded in Health-at-Every-Size and body neutrality, allowing us to work together in a way that respects your unique experience and fosters healing on your terms.

 

I offer one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals, adolescents, and children 8+, providing tailored support to help you understand and manage your emotions, trauma, ADHD, and relationship with your body.
